The inspiration behind it all is Alka, the heart of their home, whose cooking was always overflowing with care, warmth, and the best ingredients.
So when it came to naming their dream snack brand, they did not look at trends or fancy English words. They looked at the woman who inspired it all.
Why the name Alkudi
Because love deserves a tribute. And this one came with a nickname.
Alka is lovingly called ‘Alkudi’ by her husband. A sweet, homely name that instantly brings a smile, just like her food always did. To honour her cooking, her kindness, and her tradition of feeding everyone like family, the father daughter duo decided to name their brand Alkudi.
It is their way of saying thank you.
