Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before confirmation of dispatch
    • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible

Refund will be processed back to source within 7-10 business days

To initiate cancellation of orders, please send a cancellation request email with order ID to customercare@alkudi.com
